Demo mode and full mode In demo mode the following limitations exist:
Experiment workbook Always when starting a new experiment a default experiment workbook will be created automatically. Run default parameters are taken from Growth Curves menu bar Tools - Options window and from Growth Curves menu bar Tools - Data Locking and Protecting window. During a run an all measured OD values are stored in an experiment workbook. Growth curves will appear automatically on charts. After a run a user can add and modify data, as then an experiment workbook is an ordinary MS Excel file. During a run an experiment workbook is in a protected mode and its structure and most of critical data areas cannot be changed (look a chapter "Data locking and protecting"). Microbiological calculations are done automatically by MS Excel formula. However, a software manufacturer does not have any responsibility for possible mistakes in these illustrative calculation formulas. A user needs to verify before use of default microbiology formula that that these will work in a way he needs. Default charts and default calculations can be modified or deleted at by a user.
